An established Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram franchise located in one of the wealthiest suburban corridors of Greater Memphis is seeking a hands-on, process-driven General Manager to lead an immediate operational turnaround.
The dealership sits in an unbeatable high-income market with massive, untapped potential, but performance has lagged due to a lack of structured sales processes, weak inventory velocity, and inconsistent CSI execution.

CSI Champion: Absolute commitment to restoring customer satisfaction scores to top-tier factory benchmarks.

Requirements
Proven track record with Stellantis in GM or GSM role. Ties to Memphis Metro market. Personal money to invest in the dealership as an owner/operator and not just a GM
