First Choice Health EAP is seeking a sharp Clinical Account Executive to perform account management, crisis intervention, supervisor and manager consultations, group training and trauma debriefing. This is a dynamic and versatile position which satisfies those looking for a role that offers both clinical and business components. 


  • Implements, manages and nurtures positive relationships with groups/companies that have an EAP contract with First Choice Health EAP.
  • Administratively prepares renewals, invoices and utilization reports to discuss with HR teams, points of contact and insurance brokers. 
  • Provides support for these groups to include consultations with supervisors regarding risk management, poor employee performance or substance abuse problems. 
  • Provides in-the-moment telephonic crisis support for employees.
  • Assesses, plans and conducts onsite critical incident stress debriefings where there has been a traumatic incident such as an employee death, robbery, natural disaster, etc…
  • Participates in weekly clinical team consults and monthly staff meetings. 
  • Conducts employee and supervisor orientations, onsite trainings (such as suicide prevention, stress management, resilience, reasonable suspicion alcohol training) and other outreach services as requested.
  • Provides regional onsite services to market the EAP and nurture relationships with clients that may require occasional overnight travel.
  • Other related duties as assigned.



  • Fully licensed mental health provider or social worker in the pacific northwest. (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC)
  • Two years EAP or clinical mental health experience preferred
  • Prior leadership experience preferred 
  • Excellent ability to network and build solid working relationships 
  • Proven experience and ability to work in team based environment
  • Ability to multi-task and show flexibility towards service requests
  • Ability to confidently public speak on various behavioral health trainings and EAP program components 
  • Proven experience and ability to lead group and individual trauma debriefing 
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of email, calendars, powerpoint, and spreadsheets
  • Ability and desire to learn and quickly become proficient with other operating systems
  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing at all echelons of management 
  • Current State Driver’s License 


  • Ability to see and hear within normal ranges with or without aid.
  • Ability to bend and move within normal ranges. 
  • Ability to drive long distances when necessary and must maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License.
  • Ability to be stationary for long periods of time.
  • Finger and hand dexterity.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 10-20 pounds.
  • Ability to self-manage stress and emotions, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in intense environments
