Desired Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Montana
• 2 – 5 years experience in trust and estate planning, probate, or guardianship and conservatorship preferred
• Tax background and experience or LLM in tax
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-Starter with ability to work independently
