A respected, family-owned automotive dealer group ranked among the Top 150 dealer groups in the United States is seeking an exceptional Fixed Operations Director to lead and elevate fixed operations across multiple franchised dealerships in Florida.  We are looking for an experienced candidate with proven expertise at implementing and optimizing progressive staffing models, such as four day ten hour technician scheduling to drive growth in service department sales, gross profit and absorption.  We are looking for a candidate with great people skills who can provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all fixed operations, including service, parts, warranty and customer experience.  As we have grown our network we would love to establish and enforce consistent processes and performance accountability across all locations and improve technician productivity, efficiency and retention.   

Requirements

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive fixed operations leadership experience with multi-store oversight.  Proven track record of increasing service sales, gross profit and departmental performance.  Demonstrated experience successfully implementing and managing four day/ten hour staffing models.  Strong leadership, organization and operational execution skills.  Tekion expertise.  Experience building high performance teams and strong service cultures.  Strong analytical and financial acumen, including KPI management and performance optimization.  General Motors experience necessary.  Relocation expenses available.
