An independent hospital in western Minnesota is looking to fill a traditional Family Medicine position. A flexible schedule and 7+ weeks of PTO allow you plenty of time to enjoy extraordinary outdoor activities including exceptional hunting and fishing.

Position Highlights
• Flexible 4-day work week with 32 patient facing hours
• Join a collaborative team of Primary Care providers with excellent support staff
• Enjoy moderate patient volume seeing 15-18 patients per day allowing time to develop relationships
• Low volume 1:5 call providing hospital and ER coverage
• Epic EMR

Compensation
• Base salary: $300,000 - $320,000
• Six-figure recruiting incentives with sign-on and retention bonuses and more.
• Earn up to $400,000 or more with a guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus
• Enjoy 7+ weeks of PTO, plus sick leave, and 5 CME days
• Add Emergency Medicine call coverage for significant additional compensation
