- Resident Services Manager
Description
The Resident Services Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation and execution of the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program, required resident activities at any and all Tax Credit sites with HEF Management, a partnered entity of the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Lauderdale, and any other grant funded programming providing resident services to our population. This position will be required to direct the development, and operation of resident services and programing to its defined population in addition to partnership creation and sustainability.

Requirements
Associate’s degree in accounting, Social Services, Business, or another relevant field preferred.
Three years of HUD/Section 8 experience with at least one year in a supervisory or equally responsible position.
HCV Specialist and FSS Specialist certifications must be obtained within the six-month introductory period.
Valid Florida Driver’s License.
